Prescription cards are available for all patients, everyone qualifies regardless of age or income, and no other restrictions apply.
Physicians may distribute cards in the office, where patients receive their prescriptions and instructions for use.
Basic membership in the association is free and includes the discount program. An upgraded association membership is optional, will require a membership fee and will provide access to other programs as they become available.
